A sculptor and conceptual artist, Mr. Penone began his career with research focused on nature and its transformative processes, in the style of arte povera. His works have been displayed in numerous exhibits in Italy and worldwide, including shows in Grenoble, Amiens, Bonn, Santiago de Compostela and Paris, at the Center Pompidou, and at the Palace of Versailles.
