Device Service

Each student is provided with a device equipped with all the software licences required for regular participation in teaching activities and for completing coursework. Students may book technical support for the assigned device with the IAAD. IT staff member.

Google APPS for Education account

Each student is provided with a Google Apps for Education account including Gmail, the Google Educational suite for online teaching, and Drive access with unlimited storage space for sharing handouts, assignments and documentation with lecturers and the Academic Office.

Timetable

The class timetable can be consulted online and on mobile, with real-time updates.

Digital Register

By accessing the digital register portal, each student can view the percentage of absences accumulated for each subject in the relevant semester, and consult the attendance register for each individual subject with details of attendance or absence by date.

Electronic record book

Exam grades can be consulted online and on mobile, with real-time updates. This is a digital grade-recording system and online consultation service for grades and the acquisition of the related CFA credits.

By accessing the electronic record book portal, each student can view the grades achieved in successfully passed exams and the status of CFA credit acquisition. (Available for students enrolled from Academic Year 2024/25 onwards).

Printing Service

With the IAAD CARD, students can activate document printing on the printers available on campus through the Papercut system. Documents can be sent by email, via smartphone, or directly from a USB drive.
