Sara Petrucci began her career in 2011 after graduating from IAAD in Turin, working at UP Design, where she designed a coffee machine for Illy by Hotpoint, still in production today.

Her true turning point came with her collaboration at Chris Bangle Associates (CBA), the studio founded by the former Chief of Design at BMW, where she worked for ten years closely alongside one of the most renowned car designers. During this period, she participated in projects for international brands such as Samsung, Swarovski, Haier, Bosch, and Ferrero, notably contributing to the interior design of an electric concept car for CHCT, presented at the Los Angeles Auto Show in 2017. This experience significantly expanded her expertise in design and strategic consulting.

In 2022, Sara took a major step forward in her career, fully immersing herself in the automotive sector and joining the team at Changan, one of the most prestigious Chinese OEMs. Today, as a growing leader, she guides a new Design Strategy department, focused on building a team that connects clients, the company, market demands, product offerings, and creativity. Her goal is to develop a strategic vision that supports design teams in creating innovative and appealing solutions, contributing to the company’s success in a highly competitive and constantly evolving industry.
