Fabio is a car designer with a multi-faceted international career that has led him to work with Italian, Japanese, French and German companies.

He spent many years at Renault Design, where he was Vice President of Interior Design. In 2011, he was the Chief Creative Officer of Pininfarina. Under his leadership, Pininfarina created extraordinary award-winning concept cars, including Pininfarina Cambiano, Pininfarina Ferrari Sergio, BMW GranLusso Coupé, Pininfarina H2Speed, Fittipaldi EF7 Vision GranTurismo and Hybrid Kinetic H600.

In 2018, Fabio Filippini founded Accaeffe Creative Consulting in Tokyo and in April 2019 he co-founded Trilab Design Associates.

He is the author of the book “Curve-15 Lessons on Car Design,” published in 2021.
