Born in Genoa in 1993, he has been working in the communication field since high school—ranging from organising regional and national political campaigns to managing events such as the “Festival della Comunicazione” in Camogli, where he served as Digital Managing Editor from 2015 to 2017. In 2018, he founded no panic, a communication agency focused on strategic content marketing, design, and social responsibility. 

As General Manager, Eugenio led high-impact projects, including the launch of the 60th Salone del Mobile, the digital transformation of Genoa CFC, and the social management of GEDI’s Content Hubs, including d – la Repubblica, Il Gusto, Italian Tech, and Green & Blue.
