In an insightful Masterclass at IAAD. Torino, Navneeth Kannan, CPO of Dispatch Vehicles and a IAAD. alumnus, delves into the evolving landscape of Transportation Design.

WHAT IS THE MASTERCLASS OF THE MASTER IN DESIGN FOR MOBILITY SOLUTIONS?

Moving beyond traditional vehicle design, he emphasizes the critical shift towards holistic mobility systems and innovative solutions in new mobility, necessary to address today’s urban challenges. Through his journey from designing at Honda to co-founding Dispatch Vehicles, which focuses on electric two-wheelers within a quick commerce mobility network, Navneeth illustrates the expanding role of designers in shaping sustainable, efficient, and user-centric transportation ecosystems.

This session aims to inspire students to envision and contribute to the future of mobility, highlighting the importance of adaptability, innovation, and systems thinking in the field.

WHO IS THIS MASTERCLASS FOR?

The invitation is open to graduates in Transportation Design, Industrial Design, UX/UI Design, Generative Design, Architecture, Automotive Engineering and related subjects, and to candidates who have gained significant professional experience in the transportation, urban planning and in environmental sciences and sustainability.

The Masterclass lasts one hour, divided into:

• a first part of content presentation made by the Master’s Coordinator Dario Olivero;
• a Q&A session to delve into detailed aspects and answer any questions relating to how to participate in the next edition of the Master in Design for Mobility Solutions.
