The meeting \u201cTowards the future of work\u201d<\/strong> was created and organized by the students of the first year of First Level Academic Diploma in Social Innovation design of IAAD. (Turin) with the supervision of the teaching staff and thanks to the collaboration of Fondazione Brodolini <\/span><\/strong><\/a>and Open Incet<\/span><\/strong>.<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

What will be the working methods and places in the future?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The second edition of Future Talks <\/strong>explores the futures of work, focusing on the professions, skills and innovations required by labor markets. In particular, we will explore the dimension of well-being as the product of professional relationships, working methods and places.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These topics will be discussed by four high-profile guests with very heterogeneous perspectives, experiences and skills that we believe can enrich the debate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Barbara De Micheli<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Expert in gender equality, diversity&inclusion and organizational change. Head of the Social Justice Unit of the Fondazione Giacomo Brodolini has coordinated since 2012 the Master in Gender Equality e Diversity Management<\/a>. For over 20 years she has been involved in European design with a specific focus on the gender perspective in labour market. In 2020 she obtained her doctorate in Work, Development and Organization at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia with a thesis on the organizational space and the impact of digitalization processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Veruscka Gennari<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Co-Founder of 2BHappy Agency<\/a> and IIPO<\/a> (Italiana Institute for Positive Organizations). Philosopher, popularizer and entrepreneur. He led the Italian headquarters of Six Seconds, a worldwide network of Applied Emotional Intelligence. In 2016 she was invited to the UN to present the work of dissemination and research carried out in Italy on the construction of the science of happiness and positive organizations. She\u2019s the Chief Happiness Officer Teacher and Teaching Coordinator. Co-author of the books \u201cLa Scienza delle Organizzazioni Positive\u201d and \u201cChief Happiness Officer\u201d, Ed Franco Angeli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Federica Pasini<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Graduated in Business Administration in Bocconi, she joined the network of startups of innovators and entrepreneurs Junior Jedi<\/a>. After a course in digital marketing in London, working experiences for Generali and then for Apple, in pandemic launches a group on WhatsApp, HackingCovid, a network that aggregates doctors, psychologists, computer scientists and many other professions, then move on to concrete projects, useful: from psychological well-being to communication, from the delivery of food and medicines to the analysis of data. The Hacking Talents<\/a> website is born, a match platform between employees, freelancers and entrepreneurs with professional growth experts. Alberto Robiati<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Director of Forwardto \u2013 Studi e competenze per scenari futuri<\/a> and Program Director of the Foresight Academy at Cottino Social Impact Campus. Expert in innovation and specialized in Futures & Foresight. In Turin, he studied the subject at the Department of Culture, Politics and Society of the University and collaborated in teaching at the Polytechnic University. For 20 years entrepreneur, consultant and trainer in the field of strategic development, empowerment, imagination and applied creativity, transformative processes and organizational well-being. Teaching Coordinator. Co-author of the books \u201cThe Science of Positive Organizations\u201d .<\/p>\n\n\n\n
