President of the “Communication design” Department

Graduated in Business Economics from Bocconi University in Milan, he began his career in Paris with Euro RSCG, working for the media agency responsible for managing international clients. After moving to London, in the international coordination group dedicated to the customer P&G, he returned to Italy in 1996 to BGS DMB&B. In this agency (which later became BGS D’Arcy and then merged into Leo Burnett) he held various roles, from Account Supervisor to Managing Director of the Fiat Coordination Center (the group built in order to manage the Fiat Group’s communication at international level).

In 2004, together with Aurelio Tortelli and Francesco Vigoriti, he founded STV, which in short became one of the most interesting independent agencies on the national scene and chosen by customers of the caliber of Fiat, Intesa Sanpaolo, Coca-Cola and Mediaset Premium.

In 2011 STV became part of Omnicom group, creating STV DDB, of which Emanuele was CEO until 2016.

Since October 2017 he has been running Publicis Groupe Italia, a company which includes the Italian offices of Leo Burnett, Publicis, Saatchi & Saatchi, MSL, Zenith, Starcom, Pubicis.Sapient, Prodigious and the BCube agencies, Independent Ideas and arc.
