Master’s in Communication & Branding Design for Food
Tommaso Melilli is a chef, writer and creative consultant to those who make good things to eat and drink. He was born in Cremona in 1990 and lived in Paris for 10 years, where he learned his trade. He writes for Slate, has a Friday column in the Repubblica newspaper and is one of the founders of L’integrale, a magazine about bread and culture. His latest book is I Conti Con l’Oste, a journey to Italy through the culture of its trattorias, old and new. He lives in Milan, where he oversaw the opening of Contrada Govinda, the first restaurant of the Davide Longoni Bakery. He is writing a book about Milan that will be released in early 2023.
