 “Urban Dress Design” is a gift for Turin, made by those who wanted to take the time to look at the living city and to suggest a new perspective. “Urban Dress Design”, masterly guided by Fabrizio Giugiaro, with the support of Alberto Fumagalli and Giovanni Cagnoni – respectively director and senior designer in the industrial design section of Italdesign – is a project that starts from the students to suggest a creative design culture, for sectors not yet well explored.
The goal is to give, in the year of World Design Capital, a new city vision, through the creation of a “tourist route” made with a public benches route, meant to suggest a new perspective of the city. A route inside Turin which, thanks to the creation of new urban furniture pieces, can show a new way of looking at the city of the third millennium. | |
