 Stessopiano is the first cost-free rental estate company for co-housers, giving benefits and incentives to the estate owners.
The base idea of the project “New Kit for New Home” is that the referring Stessopiano target and its own demands in co-housing need a specific attention and purpose-made solutions, thought for a fundamental moment such as young people lives inside a house.
The goal is studying the features of the referring target and getting to the design of a specific furniture-kit, a base system made of modular, multi-purpose, innovative furnishings, able to meet the home owners' and co-housers requirements. The challenge is designing furniture solutions suitable for a new rising target, with different ways of living, maintaining the point at issue: house space is the place for individuals and their free expressions. | |
